On May 3rd, the chairman of LGMG visited the Spanish market accompanied by the staff of the European company, focusing on the in-depth communication with two old customers, Spain MN and SV.
Recently, LGMG delegation led by Chairman Yu Mengsheng made field research on the Spanish market, accompanied by LGMG EU staff. They paid a visit to our old customers in Spain: MN and SV, and had deep discussion.
The delegation first came to MN, warmly greeted by Juli, GM of MN and his senior excutives. MN has been purchasing LGMG’s MEWPS since 2018, with a total purchase quantity of thousands of units till now. This long-term relationship reflects the strong trust between the two sides.
During the visit, Juli gave a detailed introduction of MN's rental business operation to Chairman Yu, and at the same time expressed his congratulations on LGMG's achievements in the European market in recent years, especially in the Spanish market. He emphasized the quality and innovation of LGMG's products provided strong support for MN's business growth.
In response, the Chairman expressed his appreciation for the trust and support that MN has placed in LGMG over the years, and particularly appreciated its excellent performance in the rental business, its continuous improvement and its exceptional ability in used machine renovation. These capabilities not only improve the efficiency of equipment use, but also contribute to environmental protection. The two sides had detailed talks and exchanges on new product development and quality improvement.

In the afternoon, the chairman came to SV. This company is the first partner of LGMG in the Spanish market, and also the second cooperative customer of LGMG in the European market. In the beginning of 2017, the technical director of SV came to China to inspect the manufacturer of AWP, and finally decided to cooperate with LGMG after the detailed inspection of the factory and the experience of the products. SV played a key role in LGMG’s development in the Spanish market, and has always insisted on purchasing LGMG's products, with a cumulative quantity of nearly 1,000 units.
SV attaches great importance to the visit of the chairman. Sophia, GM of SV and her management team warmly received the chairman and his entourage. The two parties had a detailed exchange on market situation, service support, parts procurement, new product development, etc. Meanwhile, they discussed the R&D of new products and the strategy of further improving the quality of existing products.
Moreover, there is a very touching episode during this SV trip, which was unforgettable for everyone present. At the end of the business exchanges, Ramon Gabarró, the founder of SV, came to the meeting room. Mr Ramon is more than 80 years old. He is holding a cane and carrying an oxygen tank. He insisted on coming to meet Mr Yu in spite of his poor health. "I am very glad to meet Mr Yu today. Seven years ago, when SV started to co-operate with LGMG, I knew it was a wise choice. Now, I have handed over the company operation to my two daughters, and I am very pleased with that. Many thanks to LGMG for your continued support, we are very satisfied with your products, services and team communication,” Mr.Ramon said.
Chairman Yu was very touched and shook hands with Mr Ramon. “Mr. Ramon, it is a great honor for us to have your personal presence today. Your trust and expectation will continue to inspire LGMG to provide even better products and services. Please be assured that we will spare no effort to support our co-operation," said by Chairman.
Afterwards, the chairman, Mr Ramon and the management team of SV took a precious group photo, commemorating the warmth and cooperative spirit of this moment.

Spanish market is one of LGMG's core markets in Europe, and the market share of LGMG's MEWP has been ranked first for 3 consecutive years. The chairman's visit has enhanced the confidence of the local leasing company to cooperate with LGMG, and at the same time, the earnest wishes of the old customers will further motivate LGMG to keep on working hard to create more value for the customers.
