LGMG, a global leader in the manufacturing of construction equipment, is proud to announce its registration in the United Kingdom, the strategic initiative to directly engage with the UK and Ireland markets. This move marks a significant milestone in LGMG's commitment to enhancing its presence and services in the UK and Ireland.

In 2019, Lingong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd entered into an agreement with Access Platform Sales to represent LGMG in the UK market. Access Platform Sales are industry-respected experts in selling and servicing AWPs, with long-standing relationships covering all industry sectors requiring powered access equipment.

It is through the dedication, expertise, and strategies of APS and LGMG joint efforts that brought extensive market share and a respectable presence throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. There were extensive numbers of machines sold during the cooperation period whilst supporting and servicing with professionalism and enthusiasm from APS.

It is with a heavy heart that LGMG brings an end to the exclusive partnership with APS. Steve Couling and his team have done an incredible job in penetrating the domestic markets and gaining trust in LGMG products. LGMG expresses deep appreciation and sincere gratitude for this partnership they have had the privilege of enjoying.

LGMG Machinery UK Ltd will be building on the foundations that APS have provided. LGMG will be engaging with many of the UK and Irish customers directly from 1 October 2024 and will look to manage its own strategic objective moving forward into 2025 as well as enhancing the LGMG brand in the domestic markets. LGMG will continue to work closely with Access Platform Sales (APS), supporting their strategies and service requirements as an LGMG dealer.

To support its growth aspirations, LGMG has secured a 30,000-square-foot new build in Speke, Liverpool. This facility houses a current stock of 500 machines and will be equipped to store spare parts. Additionally, the location will provide sales and engineering training, host customer events, and enable the company to respond quickly to customer demands.

The company’s first major event presenting LGMG Machinery UK Ltd is the Vertikal Days on 11 & 12 September, where they will present its expanding UK team and new products.
