‘LOVOL service long quality march’-Lovol in the Middle East

As one of the important ways to promote the market and improve customer satisfaction, product service plays a crucial role in maintaining brand quality and enhancing brand competitiveness in the market. To this end, Lovol Heavy Industry's overseas marketing company campaigned an activity called ‘service for thousands of miles.’



The key point of this activity is to provide customers with high-quality,convenient, efficient, and intelligent solutions through dealer training and visiting end-customers, helping them gain a deeper understanding of Lovol's products.



The first destination of this activity was Saudi Arabia. In order for the local dealers to independently use the company system and be familiar with the operation process of the company system’s application, our service managers conducted a training activity to the local dealers, explained and demonstrated the using method and operation steps of the service system to the local dealers.



Our service managers provided guidance on the reinstallation of a FL942H wheel loader for the dealer in Saudi Arabia, including the operation method when the machine is unloaded from the container, installation details of the cab, installation of the cab wiring harness, differentiation of front and rear wheels, and skills during bucket installation,etc. They also worked with the dealer's technical personnel to ensure that they can operate the new machines independently when the machines arrive later.



At the same time, we also conducted an inventory check of this agent’s accessories warehouse. During this process, we focused on the reasons why some accessories have not been sold for many years and learned about the types of accessories with high failure rates. For accessories with insufficient inventory, we suggest the dealer replenish them in a timely manner. Under the guidance of our service managers, the warehouse is managed in a standardized manner, with orderly arrangement of accessories. The staff can accurately and quickly find the location of required accessories, and check regularly according to the accessories list.



Our service managers also visited a local end-customer in Saudi Arabia, who purchased 20 FL966H loaders. This visit conducted a comprehensive inspection of all FL966H on the construction site and informed drivers of the importance of correct driving methods and regular maintenance.
