This activity aims to improve the service level and customer satisfaction by visiting customers, understanding their needs and solving their problems.
The Lovol service team is rooted in Vietnam. Through field visits,face-to-face communication with local customers,Lovol customer needs, and actively collect customer feedback issues, on-site for immediate answers and processing. Guided by customer demand, effectively enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the service.
A local customer purchased two Lovol FR150D excavators. During the visit, the service engineer provided the customer with operating and driving instructions, detailed explanations and demonstrations of the key operating steps to ensure that the customer understands and masters them, and provided the customer with a detailed product operation manual to ensure that the customer can easily access the required information.
The "Service for thousands of miles" activity marks a solid step forward in service quality improvement of Lovol Heavy Industry.
